Trouble signing in

The most common problems, and what to do about them.

I never received an invitation

Invitations are sent by your administrator to a specific email address. Check your spam folder first, then ask them to confirm which address was used and to resend it.

My password is not accepted

Passwords need at least 8 characters, an uppercase letter, a number and a special character. If you are certain yours is correct, use the reset link below — accounts lock temporarily after several failed attempts.

The app says I am not set up as a coach

Your sign-in worked, but your account has not been linked to a coaching assignment yet. Your administrator needs to assign you a sport and a venue.

Check-in is greyed out

Attendance is verified by location, so check-in stays disabled until you are inside the venue boundary. The screen shows your current distance. If it says location is blocked, allow location access for this site in your browser settings and reload.
